This is Mimi Sacher-Torte cake that i specially made for my students as reward in their assignment.
Why i called it mimi Sacher-Torte cake? The original Sacher-Torte cake does not has the stuffing, but i had tried to use coffee cream as filling. It tastes as good as my exepectation. Why? Because one of my students took 3 pieces at one time.
It is worth to have a home-made cake as this Sacher-Torte cake only cost RM20 for 24 servings.
