This is my second time to make this Chocolate Chiffon Cake. The texture of the cake is really soft with rich dark chocolate flavour.
Ingredients:
(A)
225g Egg White(~6 nos)
100g castor sugar( i used organic brown sugar)
1tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp salt
(B)
100g Cornoil
25g Cocoa Powder
150g Dark Chocolate button
(C)
85g water
(D)
62g Plain Flour
1/4tsp Baking soda
(E) 112g Egg Yolk(~6 nos)
Methods:
- Boil (B) and pour into (C). Keep it aside.
- Whisk(A) until stiff.
- Whisk (E) and add in (1), then follow by (D).
- Mix (2) evenly with (3).
- Pour into 9" chiffon tray and bake at 170c for 40-45 mins.
