Chocolate Chiffon Cake

This is my second time to make this Chocolate Chiffon Cake. The texture of the cake is really soft with rich dark chocolate flavour.
Ingredients:
(A)
225g Egg White(~6 nos)
100g castor sugar( i used organic brown sugar)
1tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp salt
(B)
100g Cornoil
25g Cocoa Powder
150g Dark Chocolate button
(C)
85g water
(D)
62g Plain Flour
1/4tsp Baking soda
(E) 112g Egg Yolk(~6 nos)
Methods:
  1. Boil (B) and pour into (C). Keep it aside.
  2. Whisk(A) until stiff.
  3. Whisk (E) and add in (1), then follow by (D).
  4. Mix (2) evenly with (3).
  5. Pour into 9" chiffon tray and bake at 170c for 40-45 mins.
