Whole Meal Bread (Healthy Recipe)


Ingredients
(a)
250g high protein flour
250g whole meal flour
9g instant yeast
(b)
20g brown sugar
9g salt
300g water
(c)
25g olive oil
(d)
20g sunflower seeds
20g pumpkin seeds
20g flax seeds
methods(breadmaker)
(1) Add ingredients(a),(b) & (c) into breadmaker machine.
(2) Select bread dough function (1 hrs 20 minutes).
(3) Divide dough into 200g each and roll into long shape.
(4) Cover and leave it to proof for 40 minutes.
(5) bake in preheated oven at 200c for 15 minutes till done.
