I bought 2 packs of branded durian from Jusco recently to try out the recipes of durian butter cake, durian cheesecake, durian cream cake & durian layered cake. I used one pack of durian to this durian butter cake and one 6" durian cheese cake. Well... still got one pack of durian left in my fridge. Next, I'll plan to do the durian layered-cake & durian cream cake.
