Ingredients
Cake Base
150g crushed digestive biscuits
75g melted unsalted butter
Green Tea Cheese
250g Cream Cheese
75g Sugar
210g Whipping Cream
150g Milk
17g Green Tea Powder
4.5 pcs Gelatin Leaf
1psc Chocolate/Vanilla Sponge Cake
To decorate
Green Tea Powder
Almond flake
Methods
1) Double boil milk and add in green tea powder. Leave it aside.
2)Whisk whipping cream until soft peak form. Leave it aside.
3) Whisk cream cheese until smooth, and gradually add in sugar. Whisk until well blended.
4) Pour in the green tea milk in step(1) and mix well.
5) Fold in whisked whipping cream in step(2) and mix well.
6) Prepare melted gelatin. Pour it into the mixture, and mix well.
7) Pour 1/2 of the mixture into the 8" cake mould, and then place a piece of sponge cake in the middle of the cake mould.
8) Pour the rest of the mixture into the cake mould and refrigerate for 1.5 hour.
9) Remove the cake mould. Decorate with almond flake and sift a bit of green tea powder on top of the cake.
