Chocolate Cheesecake

i had made this chocolate cheesecake for more than 5 times. Most of the people like it very much, specially my students.

Ingredient: A

250g Cream Cheese
60g caster sugar(i used organic brown sugar)
1 egg


Ingredient: B

180g butter
150g caster sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsps cocoa powder(sieved)
120g self-raising flour(sieved)
1 tsp baking poweder(sieved)


Method:
  1. Blend Cream Cheese with slow speed until smooth, then add sugar and follow by egg. Keep aside.
  2. Beat butter and sugar till fluffy. Add in eggs, one at a time.
  3. Add in sieved (cocoa powder + flour + baking powder).
  4. Pour in 1/2 portion of chocolate mixture into a 8 ich square baking tin.
  5. Pour all the mixture of ingredient A on top of the chocolate mixture.
  6. Pour the remaining portion of ingredient B on of the ingredient A.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 C for 45 minutes.
