This is a birthday cake that i made for myself. It consists of three layers. The middle layer is blueberry cheese cake, and the top & bottom layers are chocolate sponge cake. I used blueberry jam as filling. Beside that i also bought a pack of fresh blueberry from Tebrau City on last Sunday for the cake decoration. The mixture of sponge cake and cream cheese is so wonderful.I'm really love it.
