Soya Beans & Ginkgo Dessert



This is a dessert that served during my wedding dinner. It is a very very yummy dessert i ever had. I had tried to cook this dessert for few times. It tooks two days to cook this dessert as i need to process the ginkgo and sago on the first day, so that i can used them on the following day to cook it with soya beans. The most difficult part to prepare this dessert is to cook the sago as the sago is not easy to cook well.
Ingredients:
500g Ginkgo
500g Soya beans(soaked overnight)
100g Sago(cooked for about 1/2 hours and put it into a magic cooker for overnight)
brown sugar
